 Dubai Inter Schools Sevens 2008

 The Lanka Lions Inter Schools Rugby sevens was held on the 7th of November’08.

 Wesleyites fielded a side for the 3rd Year running & the team ended Up Bowl runners up only losing to Royal & St Peters in the process.

It was great achievement by the Boys who were minus of some key players at the latter stages came back strong with much enthusiasm and grit after losing to Royal in the Round Robin. 

Alumni sincerely thank all the Team Members & their families all well wishes for participating in the fun filled event. 

Special thanks go out to Sri  & Marki for their contributions for the registrations & advertisement cost.

 Desert safari family Outing of the Alumni 

The desert Safari Family Outing organized in a successful manner and the Families really enjoyed the Sand Dune Rides & safari Drive. The BBQ Dinner was scrumptious enjoyed by everyone and it was really nice to see the kids enjoying the sand the Camel rides.

Applying Henna was the attraction of not only the women at the end of the nite the men had them on too. 

Belly dancing was eagerly awaited attraction ended quickly for the boys it seems.

 Session given by our boys especially by Judson in Guitar,Medaya , Asif, Aslam ,Ishak ,Indika & co in Vocals was enjoyed by not only the us but enthralled foreign audiences. Some even had the opportunity to go the drum festival in the other camp. Big thank goes out to Azri for organizing such a fun filled event. Safari Pictures are also attached.
